A wide array of outstanding food for cold buffet breakfast. Marvellous location with an easy walk to the beach, free parking onsite.

Had very nice stay as a business trip. The hotel was set in a central area near the well manicured front lawned gardens, the town centre and esplanade and a gem for anyone interested in the Victorian heyday of the IoW. Also, the place was around 10-15 minutes walk from Ventnor Heritage Museum. The cold buffet breakfast was hearty, with the eggs benedict sauce.

All you need for a wedding ceremony in Ventnor. The breakfast is hearty and good hot with a huge variety of food. The setting is incredible and magnificent, close enough to the south coast, excellent Botanic Gardens and a short drive to all of the other attractions in the island, and the conservatory and the Royal Afternoon Tea. Thanks, I would stay here again, really enjoyed this hotel.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, near the restaurant 2 of those, a gem for anyone interested in the Victorian heyday of the IoW and the island with excellent bus links from outside Boots in Ventnor, in a domestic area. The staff were amazing friendly and kept the place clean.

Especially helpful staff in the whole hotel. Well decorated room with garden view and hearty breakfast. Breakfast with different menus and the eggs benedict sauce, as example.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food at all meals was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had beautiful gardens and lovely views, adding to the overall charm of the place.
The bathrooms were a bit outdated, but they were still perfectly functional and in line with the hotel's character. We did experience some noise from a dog in a neighboring room, which was a minor disturbance.

Great choice for trip. Perfect central location, close to lovely well kept gardens and the Michellen starred restaurants. Plus, walking distance to Ventnor Park and Putting Green. Stocked, brand-new unit with a lovely view to the garden, and friendly efficient staff.
